When I first heard about this term Devolution, i got confused. it took me quite a long time to understand the full meaning. Devolution can be defined as bringing power to the people. This is a condition whereby the ruled have total powers over their rulers. They can give and take power at any time provided what they wanted is not granted.
But is this really what our politicians told us during the campaign period? If it is then am the who got everything wrong. But lets ignore that.
I personally support devolution. Its the only way through which equity in distribution of resources can be achieved in our country.
For devolution to work, every individual must take it upon them to be their brother's keeper. Lets keep updated on everything that happens around.
